Born in September 1987, Ross has always been driven by a passion for safety and security. His journey began in the RAF, where he honed his skills in high-pressure environments. This experience laid the foundation for the creation of Rock Security Solutions in 2017.

Under Ross’s leadership, Rock Security Solutions has grown to become a global provider of bespoke security services. He has worked exceptionally hard to ensure that the company is renowned for its commitment to excellence, employing highly trained professionals, including ex-military forces and UK police officers, to deliver top-tier security solutions.

Ross’s dedication to maintaining the highest standards in the industry is evident in the company’s accreditations, including the Security Industry Authority (SIA) approved contractor status. His innovative approach to security, combined with a deep understanding of client needs, ensures that Rock Security Solutions is at the forefront of the industry, with fresh ideas and a genuine, open-minded nature.

When he’s not leading his team, Ross is actively involved in developing advanced security strategies and technologies to meet the evolving challenges of the industry. Ross is a keen advocate for social value and can often be found contributing to local communities and charities that are close to his heart, such as the Welsh Air Ambulance and ‘Kids Out’.
