Ross is the Founder and Co-Director of Rock. A former member of the Royal Air Force Regiment, Ross transitioned into the world of Close Protection over 13 years ago following several operational tours within the military.
Drawing on a broad range of frontline experience in the private sector, he established Rock Security Solutions in 2017 with a focus on delivering high-calibre, professional and luxury security services. Since then, he has built a trusted team and a strong client base. Today, Ross oversees the company’s infrastructure and operational processes, while remaining actively involved in leading frontline Close Protection operations and international project management.

His rapid progression through the ranks reflects his strong leadership, in-depth knowledge of security processes, and commitment to building high-performing teams. Today, as Managing Director of Rock, Alex leads with vision, integrity, and a client-first approach.

With a background in private education, Sherrelle began her career as a teacher before transitioning into the security sector, where she quickly established herself through a strong focus on relationship building, trust, and strategic thinking.
At Rock Security Solutions, Sherrelle plays a key role in developing cost-effective, tailored security solutions for a diverse client base. She works closely with clients to understand their needs and has full confidence in the company’s operational delivery, thanks to a trusted and experienced team. Ali is known for his hands-on approach, attention to detail, and commitment to delivering consistent, high-quality service across all levels of deployment.

Beginning her career in retail operations, Vanessa developed a deep understanding of loss prevention and operational risk.
